Hi, I’m Kay Loughrey, nationally-known nutritionist and registered dietitian.

Before discovering my Slim Down & Win system, I lived most of my adult life as a slave to the scale. In fact, I spent the last 10+ years trying to lose 15 pounds, using every single diet in the book.

I joined a big national weight-loss chain. I did juice fasts. I even went macrobiotic.

I lost the weight every time, but I gained it right back again as soon as I stopped dieting.
